Submit Input for Grandparent Book!

The upcoming book — “Grandparents of Homeschoolers … Because We Love our Grandkids!” — will present an eclectic array of information, ideas, encouragement, heartwarming stories, tips and advice from grandparents (and some testimonies by parents) from across the nation. This is your opportunity to share the treasures you have taught or learned from your grandchildren! Your experiences will inspire other grandparents. Whether you were devastated or elated when you first learned of your children’s decision to homeschool your grandchildren, we want to hear from you. Whether you live near your grandchildren or far away, whether you work or are retired, we want to know your creative ideas for being involved in your grandchildren’s home education. Parents, we want your perspective, too. Please share your stories of what it means to you to have your own parents involved in your children’s education. And, for you children or young adults who are being homeschooled, we’d love to hear your perspective of having your grandparents involved in your education. Last if anyone simply has a topical idea that you think would be important to include in the book, we’d love to hear your ideas.

Note: Your submission constitutes your permission to publish. (Parents whose homeschooled students under 18 submit content that is selected for use will be contacted separately to verify permission.) Stories selected for inclusion in the book will be at the authors’ discretion.
