NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON CHRISTIAN GRANDPARENTING

This event will be HUGE and will have something for everyone — from grandparents who are actively involved with their grandchildren in person, to long-distance grandparenting, to grandparenting when the parents are divorced or even alienated from you as grandparents, to single grandparenting, to prodigal grandchildren, to grandparents raising grandchildren. The focus is on how we can disciple our grandchildren, maintain a close relationship and have that strong, godly impact on their lives, no matter what the family situation.

Grandparents of Homeschoolers will be doing two sessions, geared to grandparents with children in ALL educational settings (public, private and homeschool):
- A pre-conference half-day session: “iGramma, iGrampa™ — Connecting with Your Grandkids in the Digital Age.” We’ll be sharing creative ways to stay connected and involved in their lives where they likely spend most of their time — the digital world, and also ways to protect grandchildren from the negative influences of social media and the “dark” side of the internet.
- Workshop: “Have a Blast With Your Grandkids Via Educational Grandparenting!” We’ll be presenting an array of practical, creative, hands-on ideas to help you deepen relationships with your grandchildren by doing fun educational projects with them, whether they live locally or long-distance, and whether they attend public school, private school or homeschool.
The keynote sessions encompass a great lineup of dynamic, down-to-earth speakers that include Chuck Swindoll, Crawford Loritts, Josh McDowell, Michelle Anthony, Gary Chapman, John Trent and Tim Kimmel, plus a wide variety of workshop speakers on all topics grandparent-related!
You’ll also discover an amazing array of valuable resources in the exhibit hall — a plethora of books and items that will help you deepen your relationship with your grandchildren and disciple them to know and love Jesus Christ.
